PlayStation Network goes down (again) from 9AM ET, but it's for maintenance (again)

Looks like all the hacks on the PlayStation Network haven't gone unnoticed as the PlayStation Network is scheduled to go down 9 AM to 3 AM but it seems that it's for maintenance.
