It seems that Motorola has actually kept it's promise this time as it has just announced a Motorola RAZR Developer Edition with unlocked bootloader for Europe only. Keep in mind that is just RAZR plain NOT the RAZR Maxx. For you folks in America Motorola has promised to bring a Developer Edition to the states over MOTODEV but the exact date is unknown. If your a developer and need a powerful smartphone this might be perfect for you, the preorder option is now available.
