It's not everyday that a entry-level phone from LG is discovered before release but the LG Optimus L3 (aka E400) recently popped up on Swedish retailer CDON's website and and appears to be seated right below the Optimus Hub. Specs include Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 3.2 inch QVGA capacitive touchscreen, 3 MP camera, dual-band HSDPA and quadband Edge connectivity, and the usual assortment of Wifi/Bluetooth/GPS/FM radios and a MicroSD slot. While there is nothing about it's processor speed it is suspected to have 800MHz CPU. It lists for about $192, remember style doesn't always cost a fortune.
