With Steve Jobs gone it's only inevitable for Apple to change and it has already begun as six month's after Ron Johnson's departure the man who was Dixon's CEO for five years(John Browett) has now been hired by Apple as the new retail chief. Before his work at Dixon's, John Browett advised retail clients at Boston Consulting Group among other things. Apple CEO Tim Cook has cited John's 'incredible retail experience' and commitment to customer service. Well we can only hope that this doesn't turn out like RIM's new CEO.
